30 Mar COVID-19 STATEMENT
To our loyal customers, partners, and colleagues:
Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 virus, we have temporarily suspended all our business operations that involve any form of on-site presence. The mountain community has been hit extremely hard by this epidemic and Vail, as well as many other resorts, are currently off-limits to non-permanent residents. In addition, due to the various stay-at-home orders within the state of Colorado and the enactment of numerous travel restrictions, most transportation companies, restaurants, and non-essential businesses are either closed indefinitely or have very limited service. Finally, as some of you may already know, ski areas nationwide have been forced to close early for the remainder of the winter season. In addition, all events originally planned for the coming month have been either canceled or postponed until further notice. We will do our best to keep you informed as soon as we receive any additional updates.
We know that these are very challenging times for everyone and understand that planning a vacation is currently not on anyone’s radar. Therefore, we have decided to dedicate our April newsletter to sharing some key resources and ideas, both here in the Vail Valley and around the world, to help you make it through these tough times.
Having said that, we are still available to assist with any future vacation planning needs you might have or answer any questions we can regarding the status of the various mountain destinations in Colorado. In the meantime, we wish you all the very best and hope everyone stays safe and healthy. We also want to extend a heartfelt thanks and express our gratitude to all our clients from the past season.
We look forward to hopefully serving you all again in the near future!
All the best,
Mark Dubovy
President/Owner
