At Mountain Resort Concierge, we offer two basic pricing options, based on a weekend or week long stay. If you prefer a more customized price based on your specific vacation needs, please contact us to directly to discuss in further detail.
Below is a template that outlines our pricing packages. Please keep in mind that these prices represent only the concierge booking fee which includes the time spent setting up and/or planning the task requested. The actual hard costs (rental equipment, ski lessons, activities, etc.) for each request, where applicable, will be covered by your preferred method of payment (credit card, cash, etc.) unless otherwise specified.
All-inclusive pricing, that covers all booking fees and hard costs is also available upon request and varies based on activities requested, timing and the number of people in your party.

A La Carte Services
Grocery Delivery
- City Market/Safeway: $25 + 20% service charge (Venmo)/ 30% service charge (credit card)
- Whole Foods: $65 + 30% service charge
Alcohol Delivery
- $30 delivery charge + 25% service charge
- A valid US driver’s license or International ID is required for all purchases and must be presented upon delivery. All customers must be at least 21 years of age to make purchases.
Errand Services
- $25-$75 an hour depending on task and location
- Billed separately
Movie Production
